Retake is an abandoned cart recovery service that helps e-commerce businesses recover lost sales through automated email campaigns. We provide APIs, SDKs, a dashboard, and email delivery functionality.

3. Your Account

Keep your login credentials and API keys secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may also sign in using third-party services like Google or GitHub. When using these services, their respective terms of service and privacy policies also apply. We recommend reviewing their policies.

4. Fair Use

We ask that you use Retake responsibly:

  • Follow email laws in your jurisdiction (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
  • Don't use the service for spam or illegal purposes
  • Stay within your plan's limits
  • You're responsible for the content of emails sent through our service

5. Pricing & Payments

Plans: Choose from monthly subscriptions or lifetime deals. All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Money-Back Guarantee: If Retake doesn't help you recover at least one cart within 30 days of purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund—no questions asked.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Monthly subscriptions end at the billing cycle. Lifetime deals have no recurring charges.

Refunds: Beyond the 30-day guarantee, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're having issues, contact us—we're happy to help.

6. Service Availability

We're currently in public beta, which means early adopter pricing for you and continuous improvements from us. We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee perfection. We'll always communicate about planned maintenance or significant changes.

7. How We Use Data

We use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our service for everyone—like optimizing email timing or understanding what works best. Your individual customer data is never sold. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

Retake's brand and proprietary features belong to us. Our SDKs are open-source. Your data and content remain yours.

9. Limitations

While we work hard to provide a reliable service, we can't guarantee specific results like exact email delivery rates or revenue recovery amounts. The service is provided "as is" and we're not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Ending the Relationship

You can cancel anytime. We may also end the relationship if these terms are violated. Upon termination, your access stops and data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Resolving Disputes

If something goes wrong, let's try to work it out directly first. Most issues can be resolved with a simple conversation. For formal disputes, we'll use binding arbitration.
